- Photos of the items
Rough phone snapshots are plenty. Junk removal is priced mainly by how much truck space a load takes up, and a picture shows that fast.
- Where they sit
A back bedroom means "full-service removal", with the crew carrying it out. Items already at the curb are "Curbside Junk Removal", the cheaper option.
- Stairs or long carries
Flights of stairs, an elevator or a long walk to the truck add labor, so mention them and the quote covers them.
- A preferred day
Tell us what suits you. Same-day and weekend jobs usually cost more than a pickup booked a few days ahead.

Nathan , and his fellow worker ( I forget his name) were great! They were very quick in being available to help us out in the same week we called them. They did a thorough job in removing and emptying out an apartment; and a complete storage room the very next day~~ during a week we were in town because of a loved ones death.
