We do, for residential and commercial customers alike: mattresses and box springs from homes, rentals and hotels, carried out of whatever room they sit in.
That is "full-service removal": the crew comes inside, walks the bed down the hall or the stairs and loads it, so nobody in the house has to wrestle it anywhere. If you would rather set it out yourself, "curbside" pickup is the cheaper way to go, and the call is where we work out which one suits you.
Where an old mattress goes
The mattress's condition decides where it ends up, and it helps to know which way yours is headed before you call.
Only when it is clean and whole: a mattress goes to a charity just when it is free of stains, tears and odors and has no history of bed bugs or any other infestation.
If a charity does accept it, any tax receipt comes from that charity, and whether to give one is its decision.
A mattress that cannot be donated is taken apart by hand, and each material inside it goes its own way.

Bed bugs
A mattress with bed bugs can be neither donated nor recycled, and it puts everything else in the truck at risk.
That is why some haulers will not take any item with a known or suspected infestation, and others take it only once it has been wrapped, which is a common add-on charge. Mention it when you call, so the plan and the price account for it before anything is carried through your home.
