Junk removal in one visit

We set a pickup up to run from the quote to the last load on a single trip, with no return visit just to price it and nothing left at the curb for another day.

From a "single-item pickup" to a garage cleared wall to wall, the visit runs the same way.

  1. You call

Tell us what has to go and where it sits: the garage, a back bedroom or the side yard. We answer or call back the same working day.

  2. We arrive on time

The crew pulls up when we said it would, with room in the truck for the load you described.

  3. You get the price

We look at the pile and quote the whole job before anything moves. The estimate is free, and you are under no obligation.

  4. We carry it out

With "full-service removal" the crew comes inside and lifts every piece from wherever it sits, so nobody drags a sofa to the curb.

  5. We sweep up

The load heads off to be donated, recycled or dropped at the "transfer station", and the floor is clean before we leave.

The local houses

The homes, the lots and the haul

Knowing these streets is what lets a single visit work. The median house here was built in 2004, and newer houses keep to familiar layouts: a wide garage, a side gate through a block wall, a covered patio out back, so we can plan the carry-out from the call.

Rain is scarce, about 9.2 inches a year, so an old dresser or a stack of boxes can sit out under a carport or along a side yard for a long time before anyone calls about it.

Whether the house is a few blocks from the baseball stadium on the city's recreation campus or out on the newest edge of town, the job is priced and run the same way.

Patio sets, rentals and old appliances

Each of these has a page of its own. Here is what changes when the job is on this side of the Valley.

  • Furniture removal, indoors and out

We take the sofa from the living room and the patio set from out back in the same visit, priced together as a single load.

An average 165.1 days a year of high heat fade and crack outdoor chairs, cushions and plastic loungers, so more of them end up recycled or landfilled than donated.

    • Sofas and sectionals
    • Beds and dressers
    • Patio chairs and loungers
    • Outdoor tables and umbrellas

    couch removal

  • Commercial junk removal on a project quote

We take on residential and commercial work, and a business, an office or a rental is quoted per project once we know what has to go.

Owners live in 79% of the occupied homes here, which leaves a real share of rentals. When a tenant leaves things behind, a "trash-out" clears the unit for the next tenant.

    office cleanout

  • Appliance removal for a replaced appliance

Once the new refrigerator, washer or range is in, we carry the old unit out and take it away.

With so many houses here built this century, plenty of kitchens and laundry rooms still hold the appliances they came with, and those are the units being swapped out now. A refrigerator's coolant needs special handling, which adds to the cost.

In our customers' own words

Nathan , and his fellow worker ( I forget his name) were great! They were very quick in being available to help us out in the same week we called them. They did a thorough job in removing and emptying out an apartment; and a complete storage room the very next day~~ during a week we were in town because of a loved ones death. I highly recommend them. Very, very nice young men!

Before you call

Junk removal, answered

What will junk removal not take?

Junk haulers generally turn away hazardous materials such as chemicals, solvents, fuel and old paint, which belong at a household hazardous waste drop-off instead.

Taking down a shed or a play set counts as "light demolition" and fits in a junk job, while bigger demolition needs a contractor license. If you are unsure about an item, describe it on the call and we will tell you before we come out.
